Description

This Portrait Mask was hand-carved by Kwakwaka wakw artist Erich Glendale. It has been carved from red cedar and stained.

Inspired by a mask Erich saw inside a history book, this mask was carved with similar flow and curvature.

The mask measures approximately 9 1 2 inches or 24 centimeters high, 7 3 4 inches or 19 1 2 centimeters wide, and 5 inches or 12 1 2 centimeters deep.
