Description

This Noble One Portrait Mask is carved from red cedar and painted by Greg Henderson from the Kwakwaka´wakw Nation (formerly known as Kwakiutl Nation). The mask features an eagle design painted in acrylic paint and cedar bark.

The mask measures approximately 13 inches or 33 centimeters long, 10 inches or 25 centimeters wide, and 6 inches or 15 centimeters deep. 

This piece was part of our exhibition “Looking After a Legacy: Through the Grains of Cedar” which ran from September 3rd to December 31st 2022.
